Self-Healing with Color Chakra Therapy and energetic color systems.
This class on self-healing through the chakras, their color counterpoints, compliments, and vibrations will serve to introduce these concepts as tools to bring about balance to the body/mind/spirit. While this does not take the place of medical advice or attention one may need, it serves as a way to empower oneself to bring about a more efficient and powerful healing through integration with other modalities one may be using. When one knows the vibration of a color, a chakra, and the body, then one is able to apply, through imagery, healing techniques to bring about balance. The body innately understands the language of the chakras and colors. When we use this language we can shift the disharmonious energies and become a more healthy and whole human being.
We will explore these energetic concepts throughout the day. This one-day workshop will include lecture, guided imageries, and practice. This class is open to those with any level of knowledge of the chakra and color systems. We will be looking at the chakras in ways those who have extensive knowledge may not have previously considered and will use them as the portals or entranceways for consciousness to access the body. By using these systems as a tool in one’s daily life, it can help reduce stress, increase energy, and balance the body of its aches and pains. The focus is on the healing techniques. We can use these practices on ourselves or another.
