Self-Care and Sustainability helps you become aware of how you are affected by the nature of your work.
As a spiritual leader, healer, and/or activist, you probably know firsthand how the stress of your work can affect your overall sense of personal well-being. The heartfelt connections you cultivate with causes and people you advocate for often leads to exhaustion, depletion, and fatigue because of the nature of the work. During our time together, we will engage in a learning process of exploring methods to reduce stress and bring your life back into balance. The knowledge you obtain will support your ability to become more mindful of your needs as you continue to be of service to others.
As a result of taking this training, participants will:
- Learn the importance of cultivating mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being
- Identify how stress can impact healing, activism, and service work
- Develop self-care strategies
