Participants will learn how to:

  • Commit to spiritual aspirations, develop a course of action and self-assess progress
  • Integrate focusing and awareness meditation practices to deepen one’s self understanding and support of others
  • Explore the nature of challenges and supports to spiritual development, including the importance of awareness, presence, and the relationship of the ego/personality and the True Self
  • Learn and practice facilitation skills as a means to develop awareness, presence and spiritual counseling capacities
  • Use journaling, drawing, movement and dreamwork to access inner guidance and support for others
  • Practice supporting one another individually and as a group
Integrate learning and practices in one’s everyday life
