Reverend Karen Watt is an ordained Interfaith minister, a consultant to business, educational, and non-profit organizations, and a personal and business coach. She is a trained facilitator, a certified mediator, an experienced educator, a certified Enneagram teacher, and a board member of One Spirit Learning Alliance. She has facilitated organizational learning and coached both individuals and teams in large corporations.

Karen served as a lead teacher and Board President at the Institute for the Advancement of Service in Alexandria, VA., and has a Master’s Degree from George Washington University. In her various roles as teacher, counselor, and coach she provides a safe space for individuals to understand the “limits to growth” that impede their development. Karen nurtures her student’s personal mastery, self-knowledge, and capacity for skillful action in personal and professional relationships.

Reverend Joyce Liechenstein is Associate Director of One Spirit Interfaith Seminary and One Spirit Learning Alliance. She has a private counselling and supervision practice and over thirty-five years experience as a minister, counsellor, meditation teacher, and director of religious education. Joyce holds a Master's Degree in Religious Education from New York Theological Seminary, received her Ph.D. in therapeutic counselling, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of New York, and worked in Human Rights for the City of New York for close to thirty years.

She has an extraordinary knowledge of the scriptures of many faiths, an infectious enthusiasm, and a personal presence that embodies universal love in a way that invites everyone she meets to open their hearts and embrace their life more fully.

Reverend René Ragan is an Interfaith minister and Spiritual counselor. René is the founder of a spiritual center and interfaith church and has served on many boards for non-profit organizations. A woman of many talents, she has owned a daycare center, worked with Ph.D. candidates as a career advisor, created a yoga and exercise studio, managed large health clubs and has run workshops on spiritual topics.

Her interest in people and her remarkable communication skills led her to becoming a Vice President at a research and development company that specialized in communication skills and teambuilding. She later developed a consulting business that designed and delivered workshops and seminars on communication skills, diversity training and customer service. Reverend René brings her business acumen as well as a deeply routed spiritual continuum to each of her students, and their lives are immeasurably improved by that experience.

Reverend Barbara Kinney is a graduate of One Spirit Interfaith Seminary and currently participates in One Spirit’s Conscious Leadership Program. Barbara holds Certificates in Pastoral Counseling, Spiritual Direction, and Spiritual Deepening; a multi-disciplinary Masters degree in Human Services from George Washington University, and Masters and Doctoral degrees in Developmental Psychology from Catholic University of America.

Barbara served as a health educator with the Peace Corps in Niger, West Africa; and has worked in non-profit Administration and Management, Evaluation Research, Human Services, Counseling-Coaching, and Counselor Education. Currently, Barbara serves as adjunct faculty teaching Career Development, Human Development and Pastoral Counseling courses to graduate counseling students. Barbara also enjoys a thriving career and life coaching practice in Bethesda, MD.
