The Great Spirit Flute Circle invites you to come and play, celebrate, renew, reconnect and honor Spirit and one another, through sharing our flute songs and stories; improvising in ensembles, and/or soloing.
We begin by co-creating sacred space as we honor and invoke the 7 Directions, the Ancestors and Spirit. All are welcome to offer your own ideas and wishes for activities in this circle. The Flute Circle also serves as a sacred container for spiritual healing, using the NA flute as the vehicle.

Joƫlle Danant is a singer-songwriter-composer, improvisational vocalist, Native American (NA) flute player, certified MFP instructor in music improvisation, educator, and interfaith minister. She loves to create and practice contemporary, devotional musical offerings to the Divine, whether through chants using traditional Sanskrit Mantras and other sacred scriptures, or through Native American Flute songs. She has been leading music improvisation for the soul workshops in Park Slope, Brooklyn, for Music for People, through which she became certified as a music improvisation instructor.
