Learning Applied to Leadership

Certificate candidates are required to enroll in four weekend Leadership Intensives are held over a two year period. The series of Intensives address the deeper levels of the Leader Self and provides an overview of an integral approach to modern day leadership and organizational challenges.

This comprehensive approach moves beyond traditional leadership methods that focus on changing individual surface behaviors and organizational structures without addressing the root causes of those behaviors. Instead, these intensives will explore root causes along with the impact of the surrounding social systems and organizational culture.

The next Intensive is February, 2010. During this intensive, participants will begin to work with the inner strengths of the Leader at the causal level in order to engage others in meaningful conversation and to build productive work relationships Participants will have an opportunity to:
• Practice skillful inquiry and advocacy
• Address conflict and challenges more creatively
• Use skillful conversation to motivate effective action.
