The Institute for Conscious Leadership seeks to awaken spiritually centered leaders who bring a high level of social intelligence and personal depth into their families, businesses, communities and the world at large. The core leadership capacities of social and emotional intelligence are developed in the larger context of spiritual depth - the capacity to be more fully present to ourselves, to others, and to the larger environment. The latest research on the psychology and physiology of healthy communication and effective relationship is integrated with the ancient practices in an experiential learning environment. The program container is designed to develop the foundational capacities of mind and heart necessary for skillful leadership in demanding times. |
